On a Snowy Evening The snow fell at a light pace on the field. The night was cold but inviting as the stars peeked out from behind the cover of the clouds. On the horizon was a small town in a quiet section of the country. The houses were alight with holiday warmth and festive fires and lighting. Families turned in for the night as another day during this joyous season drew to a close. On a Snowy Evening by Abyss134

"Rules existed not for the intention of oppressing.
They were made for everyone's convenience.
Below are the set of Rules written by the 'Nation."
Because of a few recent issues, I'll just post the rules of submission back up (with some new additions. recent changes as of: 8/1/13 by Zed)
Read these rules carefully. Some have changed. Others are being broken regularly
RULES OF THE NATION:
NO ART THEFT!
NO Mpreg (also includes visible futanari for now) 1
NO art theft!
NO inflation, vore or stuffing-related bellies (if there is no CLEAR sign of this in the image, we may allow it... but no squishy bellies, hoses, struggling victims, cries for help or piles of plates...)1
NO art theft!
NO screenshots. You don't own it and have no right to post it.
We do NOT accept images from sources you don't own. IE: Facebook, Google, Image hosting websites or other Deviants uploaded in your gallery. (IE, NO ART THEFT)
NO complete animal characters. (anthro, anthro-taur and neko-style is ok, but complete animals, such as MLP and Pokemon fan art, are not allowed unless they are 'Antrhomorphosised'. Look more human)
Work has to be of a suitable quality. if you're not sure or think it may need a little work, submit to sketches or ask
No art theft!
All pieces hosted on deviant art are subject to DA's rules. Those can be found here: help.deviantart.com/ We take no responsibility for them.
Please try to submit to the appropriate folder. there is a 'catch all' folder but we have to move everything from there ourselves and that takes time. 2
please don't re-submit work over and over. we have a week to vote and sometimes it takes us that long... but if you submit the same piece three times in that week, we won't vote on the later ones and they will be deleted from the queue. if something did not go through after two weeks, check to see if it has been rejected. if not, then you may re-submit (sometimes we can't all vote in time)
You don't have to only submit from your gallery. We accept works submitted on-behalf of other deviants... but be mindful of the rules and the banned Deviants (at the bottom)
Recorded instances of art theft will be deleted from the group and reported to DA's moderators.
you are responsible for your own work. We are not accountable for anything you submit that is against DA's rules and is subsequently banned for breaking DA's rules and being reported by our viewers
only one version of the same picture is allowed. EG: you make a picture, then an alternate without a background, clothes, a hat, pets etc, then we can only allow one of them. even if it's an alternate coloured version from another artist. (exceptions are occasional... usually if we forget...)
If a submission is refused, we will only explain why if it is submitted by the owner. (EG, if you are subbing some art from another deviant, we won't tell you why it doesn't get in if it fails to impress)
try to only submit your work to one folder at a time (don't submit 'picture A' to three folders). If you aren't sure, submit to the 'not sure' folder
Please re-check the rules regularly.
No art theft
1: Please check our affiliates for alternate groups. Just because we don't accept it, doesn't mean we don't want to see it around more.

what folder to submit to?
The most relevant first.
For example, if you have a drawn picture of your OC, put it in OC's.
A photograph of someone dressed up in a pregnant cosplay. photographs.
A drawing of a fan-character like an anime girl: fan-art.
Only resort to 'drawn and digital' as a last resort! this folder will be far too full and we mods won't have the time to sort it all out unless we spend a few days on it...
Here's a link to the submission guide: sta.sh/01kisupw11yj
<How to submit to a specific folder>
I recently made this:
It shows the easiest ways to submit to a folder in a group. Hope it helps
Because we can all submit artwork that is relevant, please ensure that the artist WANTS their work to be shown in groups.
Always respect the choices of the creative artist. Here are the artists that we know DO NOT want their work shown in any groups and we would greatly appreciate you honouring their wishes:
Now, although they don't want their work in groups, that is certainly our loss. please look at their profiles to see what we're missing
(Please note us if you want to be on this list)
Unfortunately, as well as these artists who do not want their work shown, there are a few artists that WE don't want in the group:

Reasons for being blacklisted:
Likely Stolen Art
This work does not belong to the deviant submitting it or is not being referenced to the original artist or website. We do not allow stolen work.
-We are using the title 'likely' in the hope that we will be proven wrong.
If you are obnoxious, mean, rude, aggressive and all-in-all being an ass, we will blacklist you for it.
Improper or Disruptive Conduct
Spamming improper submissions. Endlessly bothering members of the community. Demanding requests and generally being too annoying to justify keeping around.
Annoying a 'Mod
Seriously. We're people too. We have fragile, delicate feelings that can be hurt by mean words... and then we hire big people in suits to come and show you how that feels before getting you fitted with concrete shoes and showing you the bottom of a... oh, wait... no, we just ban you.
-We are the ones who work hard to maintain this group, the lest you can do is be polite.
anything I’ve missed, let me know and I’ll add it in (or one of my fellows)
In construction: Welcome to the Impreg-Nation.
It's not the largest place, but you seem to have found it pretty well...
Now, the question is; where are you?
A strange island in the middle of nowhere... it's huge! in the distance, you see lights. fires, strange glittering off to the northwest... something huge and looming floating overhead?
well, fortunately, has come to your aid and made a map:
That's right! We mean it when we say "Nation"!
but... you see, we have slight problem... a Nation needs it's people!
Who, you ask? why, YOU of course!
Where would you like to go? who are you? what do you do?
I am Zed, I live in the Sci-Fi city that floats over the nation.
we need to build this nation and we're all out of rock and roll people!
Send us your ideas! we have plenty of room to fill!
So far, we have fantasy, steam-punk, Victorian, fantasy, tribal Aztecs, various strange creatures and animals, and I’m sure I saw something flying off in the distance... looked like a UFO... strange...
Writers, we need your input. Artists, show us your vision. Character designers: show us your OC's.
You name it, we have a place for it!
Werewolves, Vampires, Ents, sheep, Megalomaniac super-computers, neurotic ancient fertility priests, ruins, slime, eggs, dragons, another sheep... they're getting everywhere...
Welcome to the Nation!
We will lay down guides as we find problems... so far, we have a few places laid out. There is plenty of room to grow and I, for one, am looking forward to seeing how this develops
